Evryx was granted United States Patent 7,016,532 on March 21, 2006. This patent covers the entire mobile image-based linking process of capturing an image with a mobile phone, recognizing objects, and then linking to content. The patent is pending in Japan and the European Union.

Evryx launched the ShaLink service for Clementec Co. Ltd. in Tokyo. Clementec provides the "M4" mobile image-based linking service based on Evryx's ShaLink platform.
