
Ron is the co-inventor of the underlying SnapNow technology. He has 27 years experience in software development, system engineering, and space mission operations. He was employed at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory from 1989 to 2007, and prior to that at TRW and NASA Johnson Space Center. He created and led JPL's System Analysis team supporting NASA's Constellation Program to return men to the moon, and led teams developing system engineering software tools and methodologies, infrastructure for NASA-wide and international distributed collaborative engineering (voice, screen, and data sharing), and an autonomous satellite operations scheduling system. Before that, he was President & Majority Owner of CTS, Inc, which analyzed, organized and/or arranged funding for large scale mobile phone and telecommunications opportunities in Canada and the developing countries of India, Sri Lanka and Senegal. Previously he was, amongst other involvements, Chairman & CEO of Design Circuits, an electronics contract manufacturer (successfully sold) and Vice President, Director, Co-Founder of Fuel Tech Inc, a fuel technology company in which early investors achieved up to a 100-fold return on investment. Rick was Vice President and Assistant to Occidental Petroleum Chairman and Founder Armand Hammer and, as such, was one of the youngest Senior Vice Presidents of a Fortune 500 company in US history. Subsequently, he founded with former US Senator Howard Baker an advisory and investment firm focused on the former USSR. His firm, RDJ Strategic Advisors, LLC, operates at the nexus of business and politics. Rick chaired Howard Dean’s presidential campaign in California. He also co-founded Brave New Films and was co-Executive Producer of Iraq for Sale: The War Profiteers. He is currently Chair and Founder of Courage Campaign, an independent political committee that focuses on progressive issues in California. Daniel is Managing Director of CapFin Partners, a boutique financial services firm engaged in equity capital, investment management and advisory services to institutional clients. Prior to co-founding CapFin, at Abacus Partners Inc., Mr. Kim provided strategic consulting to numerous funds and institutions in the area of structured finance, asset securitization, debt restructuring, fundraising and business development. Mr. Kim was an early participant in the CDO market, instrumental in originating and placing several CDO structures and CDO related securitizations. Mr. Kim has extensive experience in building and managing capital markets trading and originations teams. He has served as Director of Asian Credit trading at Bank of Boston in Singapore, and as Co-Head of Credit trading at Peregrine Fixed Income in Hong Kong, while responsible for managing the Sales and Trading group in the US for Peregrine. Mr. Kim traded Asian Credit at Bear Stearns and US Corporate bonds at PaineWebber. Mr. Kim started his career in the LBO group at Citicorp Securities. Robin is an international environmentalist and businessman. He serves as a Director for the Woburn Safari Park, a trustee for the Woburn Centre for Conservation and Education, and a Director for the Elephant Family Trust, which is dedicated to saving the endangered Asian elephant. He has worked extensively on conservation issues in general, and has been a leader in the nexus between corporate conservation philanthropy in the U.K. and environmental organizations. He also has had extensive experience investing in small private companies, recruiting and retaining management executives, and general financing.
Rick has 20 years of experience in telecoms start-ups. Starting as a director at BellSouth in 1988, he managed the launch of mobile services. He then became president of Sprint PCS from 1994 to 2000, where he led the startup of wireless operations in 1997. He then served as President and CEO at TelePacific Communication, an integrated communications provider. In 2005 he became CEO Caribbean Operations for Cable & Wireless plc, combining 14 separate entities into one region-wide provider. In 2006, he founded Advanced Wireless Services, acquiring spectrum to build and operate networks deploying broad-band internet services. He has served on the Advisory Board at SnapNow since 2007.
Dave is the CEO of Altogether Digital, an innovative digital marketing & communications agency in London. He has more than a decade working in media and marketing. From 2004 to 2007, he was Managing Director of eyefall. Previously, he was non-executive director and chair of Verina SL T/A Manumission Ibiza and Manumission Ventures Ltd. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Hypnosis Media, and before that he was Managing Director of Fast Forward Electronic Publishing. He has a LLB (Hons) in Business Law from Coventry University.

Ted co-founded Evryx Technologies while at NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab, where for more than 20 years he worked on nearly every major space project. Adam J. Shapiro has the responsibility of managing the Company’s sales efforts for the eastern half of the United States. He joined the company in October of 2007.
Adam was previously Executive Editor for WNBC.com, Managing Editor of WCBSTV.com and News Director of News 12 Interactive, bringing triple-digit growth in traffic and revenue to all three properties. Before that, he was a television news producer, leading #1 newscasts in Miami, Phoenix and Las Vegas. He also was a news radio anchor and sports talk show host. Adam attended Syracuse University, where he graduated with a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism.

Tom Garofalo has over 20 years experience in Asia, including 20 years in senior engineering & marketing roles with DuPont (North America and Asia). This included Business Director, Dupont New Electronics Enterprises, Asia/Pacific Region (based in Tokyo) and Director, New Business Development, Dupont Telecommunications (a $350 million business unit based in Singapore). After Dupont, Tom was President, North Asia Operations, Comverse Technology (software/mobile media systems); VP, Century Computers Inc (telecom IP); and Regional Vice President, Auspec Systems (enterprise storage systems). Xi was the Senior Program Director and member of handset certification committee for 8 years at China Telecom, focusing on satellite and terrestrial wireless communications in the wireless business division of China Telecom, where he managed wireless applications and services over PHS, 3G technical trials on VAS (Value Added Service) platforms, and also worked on 3G network and service planning. He led a cross-border cooperation with Qualcomm to build a team that operated OmniTRACS-QWBS (Qualcomm Wireless Business Solution) from scratch. It successfully launched in 2000, and made QWBS a profitable business.
Before that, he was Customer Service Director in the industrial automation sector for 5 years, with extensive project management experience to implement projects, like updating the automatic beer filter control system for Budweiser China.
Will has the responsibility for sales in the Western United States. He joined the Company in July 2007. Previously he was with ClearChannel Digital New York. This was ClearChannel’s pilot program for digital displays in Canada and the US. Prior to ClearChannel, Will was the President & CEO of OrderMusic.com, an joint online music retailer venture with ClearChannel and Valley Music Distribution.
